Eddie was amazing! We actually went in looking for A truck for my boyfriend and I’ve been wanting an Acadia for a LONG time and was actually planning on buying one at another dealership but the warranty we were just told was 10k and my boyfriend was not happy. Told Eddie about what was going on, and he showed me an Acadia they had there that was in better shape, less miles and same price as the one I was going to get. He had it washed we took it for a test drive and LOVED it. There was a few minor things that we were like ahhhh and he literally took it right over to the shop to have the marks buffed out and also touch up paint on the only mark we seen! Also went above and beyond because my boyfriend had an appointment for work so we didn’t have much time and my boyfriend needed to get a cashiers check, Eddie and I met my boyfriend at the bank so that my boyfriend didn’t have to drive all the way back and be late for his appointment! It was amazing!

I stopped by the Superstore yesterday not really knowing what to look for, and right away Sam greeted me on the lot. He is such a kind and knowledgeable guy. He listened to my needs and gave me some great advice. I’d go back just to hang out with Sam and the other great people at the Superstore.

Stay away, Go somewhere else. IF you want the New Vehicle manager "Charlie" to treat you like he is a cheap used car salesman when your looking to buy a NEW vehicle then be my guest. They are so concerned about pushing vehicles and marking them sold so they can keep boosting their numbers to GMC. vehicle is not sold until something anything is signed agreeing to purchase vehicle. When we decided to back out of a Yukon which we had no sales agreement signed we got an aggressive email from Chuck, explaining that he now has to restock one of the most sought after vehicles right now bc he had already told GMC they sold this vehicle............ which it wasn't nothing officialy done to mark this vehicle as sold only held. so they kept our hold deposit. Again we never had anything singed in writting in regards to us purchaseing this vehicle. We live 10 hours away and were trying to find a yukon at the time. found this one and wanted to hold it as we couldn't find any other ones. was Told that our hold would be completely refunded if it didn't work out by the salesman Tim. well I guess that's just salesman words. This dealership seams to care more about marking sold vehicles to boost their sales for GMC rather then working with the costumer. which in the end if you build good relationships with someone you tend to have a repeat costumer. just an unprofessional hustling dealership.

I placed a refundable $1000 deposit on June 7, 2022 on a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali. Was told that is was built and in transit. After waiting for 3 months and it was still sitting on a lot in Ohio, I found another truck at another dealership and requested my deposit back. After multiple attempts to get my money back, I was forced into a dispute on my credit card. On the final day (November 9) the credit card gave them, they finally returned my deposit. What an awful, unethical experience and I would stay clear of them.

I was I need of a new vehicle. I called and was greeted by Tim Garrick. Tim was awesome to work with and he put us into the truck we wanted at a very great price. Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can’t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with. Thanks guys, you are a testament to how great a business White Bear Lake GMC is.

We have purchased probly 10 cars over the years from Ryan Stewart at White Bear Lake Superstore. Several new and several pre-owned. Both my husband and I and for our three children. He is always calm and easy to deal with. They have a great selection. Even though I live 30 minutes away I always come back. Great service center too. It is very clean and nice. I always assumed the service would be more expensive at a dealership and I did my research and it's not. They are always lower than the local service bids we get. Overall great place. Modern and clean inside.
