The season of thrills and chills is nearly upon us, and it’s time to start planning your fright-filled weekend endeavors to the spookiest haunted houses in Minnesota. Load your crew into your Buick or GMC and check out a few of our favorite haunted attractions found throughout the state.

St. Paul’s Fright Farm is universally considered one of the best haunted attractions in Minnesota and has been for more than 20 years. Originally opened in 1996 by Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office volunteers, Fright Farm has grown into a professional-level haunt that draws in visitors from around the Midwest. What’s more, its original mission remains intact: All proceeds raised by Fright Farm admissions benefit the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Foundation and its goal of funding public safety and community programs.

Terror Trail Camping

Is one evening of horror not enough for you? Do you want to spend an entire night in constant terror? Then check out Terror Trail Camping at Nightmare Hollow Scream Park. You’ll be hassled by goblins and ghouls, witches and warlocks, and zombies and vampires galore throughout the night. This is definitely one of the most intense haunted houses in Minnesota, so don’t plan on getting much sleep!
